1.  **Initiate Your Return:** Log in to your Balleho account and navigate to the "Order History" section.  Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to initiate the return process.


2.  **Package Your Item:** Carefully pack the jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely sealed.


3.  **Include Documentation:** Please include the original order invoice in the package.  This helps us process your return quickly and accurately.


4.  **Choose Your Shipping Method:** You are responsible for the return shipping costs.  Choose a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


5.  **Ship Your Return:** Send your package to the address provided during the return initiation.  Remember to affix the return label on the outside of the package.


**Conditions for Returns**


To qualify for a return, please ensure that:


- The item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

- The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

- Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return.


**Refund Process**


Upon receiving your return, our expert team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.  Once approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.  The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


**Exchange Policy**


Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.  If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
